Public comment is welcome at the regular board of education meetings, however, you are reminded to limit your comments to three minutes and sign up prior to the meeting by contacting the clerk to the board at 704-924-2028 or by clicking here.

***Due the lifting of the Governor's Stay in Place Order, the Board of Education has received confirmation from the Governor's legal counsel that the mass gathering exemption for government operations includes local government in-person board meetings and encompasses government officials, staff, and members of the public attending in-person board meetings.  The mass gathering restriction under EO141 does not apply to or limit the number of members public who may attend an in-person board meeting.  While the board will be strongly suggesting those that attend the meetings to practice social distancing, we welcome anyone to attend.***
