Requesting Bus Transportation

The Iredell-Statesville Schools Transportation Department works closely with schools to handle transportation request for all eligible students. 

If you child needs bus transportation please contact the transportation school contact at your child's school. They will submit a transportation request for your child.  Please ensure that the address your child needs transportation to and/or from is on their infinite Campus record. If there is an existing stop the school will issue a bus ticket for that stop location as soon as possible. If your child requires a new stop to be routed it could take up to a week for the request to be processed. This is due to the volume of requests we get we each week it allows us to keep route times consistent while changes are made. 

If your child transfers schools mid year you will need to contact the transportation school contact at the new school to request bus transportation. 

If your child changes addresses over the summer and will need bus transportation for the upcoming school year, please contact your child’s school by mid-July to make sure transportation is arranged before the first day of school.
