School Improvement Plans
Iredell-Statesville Schools is committed to continuous improvement. In fact, it's rooted in one of our five core values. Each school has a dedicated school improvement team comprised of highly-qualified professionals. These teams include teachers, administrators, and parents who work together to improve their school by establishing and addressing goals in their School Improvement Plan. These individuals are elected by their peers and agree to serve in the improvement process for their school. These teams use available data and resources to determine the most critical areas of improvement to develop their school improvement plans.
