2025-2026 Iredell-Statesville Schools Classified Staff Climate Survey

As we strive to ensure that all schools provide a safe and healthy learning environment for our students and staff, we want to learn more about your experiences as an employee in Iredell-Statesville Schools. We invite you to participate in the I-SS Classified Staff Climate Survey.  Your responses are completely anonymous, and your name or identifying information will not be collected. Certified staff members will complete the North Carolina Teacher Working Condition Survey during the month of March to provide feedback on the climate of their school.

As you respond to each survey item, please think about your personal experiences as an employee at your school. By participating in this survey, you will provide valuable insights that we can use to improve the climate and culture in our schools. Each school will use the survey results to develop strategies, procedures, and/or programs to enhance our schools’ climate. The survey will open on Monday, March 16th, and remain active until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27th. The survey will appear below once opened. Thank you in advance for your invaluable feedback!

If you work at multiple locations, you may complete a survey for each school, or you may choose the school where you would most like to share your voice.
