Welcome to Iredell-Statesville Schools!!
Iredell-Statesville Schools is excited to announce we will begin using Online Registration with Infinite Campus, our new student information system.
This is a secure and streamlined process that will allow families to enroll multiple children at one time, and allow for easier annual updates. Families will also be able to electronically sign the annual permission forms.

To enroll your child in school, please complete the following steps:

Complete the Online Registration by visiting the appropriate link located below.

If you do not have internet access, you may visit one of the Iredell County Public Library locations or you may visit the school where your child will attend to use their computers.

- Review the Following Guidelines
- Guardianship must be verified using a valid birth certificate or current court order. A certified birth certificate is required upon initial enrollment into the school or district
- The name of the the person enrolling the child must be on the birth certificate.
- Domicile must be verified using a North Carolina Driver's License with an address within the attendance zone for Iredell-Statesville Schools. N.C. General Statute 115C-366 states that the domicile of a student under 18 years old is presumed to be the domicile of his/her parents or guardians. Principals should use discretion in accepting other documentation to verify residency in the absence of current driver's license.
- If the child does not live with their parent or legal guardian, rather they live with a caretaker adult or in a licensed facility within Iredell County, the parents and caretaker adult must complete and submit the appropriate admission affidavits. These affidavits should only be used in the case of exceptions to domicile requirements as outlined in Policy 4120.
- The parent/legal guardian should complete Affidavit B (if they are available).
- The caregiver adult, which the child lives with, should complete Affidavit C.
- If the child is in a licensed group home or approved foster home, or other licensed facility, a responsible adult from the home/facility must complete Affidavit D.
- Requests for admission that do not meet domicile requirements may only be approved by the Superintendent or designee per Policy 4130: Discretionary Admission. Please contact the Deputy Superintendent for questions regarding discretionary admission.
- In addition to a driver’s license with a valid Iredell County address, proof of residence should be verified with a bill showing service to the home and a mortgage statement or lease.
- In the case of living conditions that do not meet the standard of homelessness as defined in Policy 4125, the homeowner should accompany the parent/guardian to their enrollment meeting and provide verification of residence. These circumstances should be approved by the principal and verified by school social workers when requested. These approvals should be verified annually.
- Any student discipline or felony convictions must be verified using the Admission Affidavit A. If a student has been convicted of a felony or is currently serving an active suspension or expulsion, the principal should contact the Chief Student Services Officer.
- Parents should also provide immunization records and a health assessment.
- High school students should provide transcripts from their former schools. A Health Assessment is required for kindergarten students and new-to-North Carolina students.

Step 3:
- Deliver all paper documents to the school.
